The Kyrie District is best known for its high levels of slave trade that goes on here. Despite the fact that it's illegal in the States the Royal's don't seem to have a problem with it so it goes on often. Kyrie is an unsafe street, the chances of getting mugged are high as the desperate are usually found in this area. Not many people want to end up here.
